The free 20-minute meeting is aimed at getting acquainted. In the first meeting, you tell me what you would like to solve, then I explain how I work, and afterwards we understand whether we will work well together or not
No, the first meeting is an introduction; there’s no need to prepare. The main thing is to understand what you want to achieve as a result of therapy
I mainly work with a short-term method, which consists of 10-12 sessions on Zoom lasting 60 minutes (meetings once a week)
If you need a break or an unforeseen situation arises, we can reschedule the meeting or meet every two weeks
